The foundation Laser Plumbing Member in New Zealand and formerly trading as A J Plumbing and Roofing is Laser Plumbing Whenuapai which is owned and operated by Andrew Williams, who has managed the business since 1985.

Electrical and Plumbing Contracting organisation Laser Group, made their mark at the 2006 Westpac New Zealand Franchise Awards, by becoming the first back to back “Westpac Franchise System Supreme Award” winners.  Earlier in the evening, they also won the “Franchise System of the Year” Award in the Business Services category; another back to back win for the Laser Group.

Laser Plumbing Group is proud to announce their first NZ Laser Plumbing member has joined the Laser Group in April 2006.

2008 saw Laser Group head to tropical Queensland for the Laser Conference, with the venue set as the gorgeous Hamilton Island. Hamilton Island is in The Whitsundays in the Great Barrier Reef and was the second Conference on Australian soil after the 2005 Gold Coast Conference. The Conference format was similar to the 2007 Conference, with three half days of Conference Sessions, a Trade Expo, great fun and entertainment in the evenings, as well as the Annual Gala Awards Dinner.

This years Plumbing Franchise Member of the Year was awarded to Laser Plumbing Christchurch East. This award is Laser Plumbing Group’s recognition for the Member that has thrived on implementing Laser’s Systems into their business. Directors Chris Dick and Carol McCann are infectiously passionate about what they do and about what Laser represents, always being strong advocates of the group. They have a great work environment and team culture.

Craig has been officially appointed to the Plumbers; Gasfitters & Drain layers Board for New Zealand.

The Laser Electrical Rosebank estimating team has been using the Laser Draw program for ten months and in the last five months we have started to experience some of the benefits of using Laser Draw.
